• JKT88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any transaction where misuse is suspected.
• Any deposit made through an unrecognised method or on behalf of a third party may be declined and returned without notice.

Members may request a withdrawal from their JKT88 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the JKT88 support team. Account closure requests submitted by Members will be processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements.
